There will be two pleadings on Monday and this was confirmed by both law firms.

The composition of speakers is following:

Mališ:

Tomáš Stolina + Ivan Cisár (claimant)
Martin Pavlus + Eliška Šrotová (respondent)

Mr. Mališ and Mr. Nevrkla will most likely participate on this pleadings as arbitrators. Therefore, be prepared for various questions regarding dispute and not directly connect to it. Similar question are asked usually by Mr. Baláš (coach of Prague team). Nevertheless, they are aware of rules and facts. It cannot be confirmed that they have read them, but they will at least somehow try to inform themselves. When the pleading will end, the free conversation will continue where particularly Mr. Nevrkla can focus on some experience which he has obtained during his arbitration career. Anyway, have some question for them and be prepared to speak actively to show them how interested you are ;) They will both appreciate it. If some of them will be missing, Tomáš Demo will join the arbitration tribunal and will be the last arbitrator. If I be missing, I will inform you in advance with all significant details and You will handle it on your own which should not be a problem, because I have discussed whole morning pleading with their office manager.

Clifford Chance:

Tomáš Demo + Radek Ruban (claimant) - MU team
Alica Obertová + Tomáš Kaščák (respondent) - Clifford team

(Jan Bílek and Petr Zákoutský were already informed that the regular positions were switched as well as the idea behind to have two different teams representing competing institutions)

Please, be precise at meeting point. There will be no time for waiting, because we are interested in long term partnership with this law firm and we must be therefore there precisely on time. It takes some time to get in the building. Jan Bílek (associate), Petr Zákoutský (attorney) and most likely Vlad Petrus (managing partner - means "the biggest boss") of Clifford Chance will participate on your pleading. Jan Bílek and Petr Zakoutský will be together with me arbitrators. If Petr will not have time, Ivan Cisár will join us as an arbitrator. Formal dress is required, do not forget your cards, we will simulate whole pleading as it should look like in Vienna - same in the morning. Be perfectly prepared, because we will not have an option to make good impression for the second time and it could help me a lot in negotiation for the future year.

The scholarship will be reimbursed in a same way as it was for the premoot in Berlin. If possible, one person applying on behalf of all of you will be a very good way how to make it simple and fast (program 4/2007).

If you have any question, please do not hesitate to contact me any time.

Final remark: Information regarding premoot in Dusseldorf will be distributed within next week (I have asked for them organizers from Dusseldorf and they promised me them) and regarding Budapest until the end of this week (Sunday).
