There will be opportunities to engage in discussion throughout the conference. It is discussed frequently in newspaper and people still keep talking about that. We have chosen Registred partnership in selected European states for our presentation. Firstly, we want to introduce some basic vocabulary connected with our theme. Then we want to focus on situation in states which we think might interest you. Aim of our work is to distinguish differences between states in Europe. We not only concentrate on differences in legislation, but we also want to include religious point of view and views of society at all. We hope you will enjoy it and get some new information. 26 COPYRIGHT Speakers: Kryštof Matěj, Radka Kozelková, David Komárek The main goal of our presentation is to introduce copyright to ether people. At first we will introduce the origin of copyright and the brief history of \l "'hen we will explain the main differences between patent and copyright, and how ro distinguish one from another. On the second part of our presentation we will show to the audience the point of view of an artist using copyright. We will describe what does it mean for him and how he can successfully protect himself and his product Third part will consist of cooperation with the audience. We will ask questions like: what do they think about copyright. Is it fair? Or not. Do you even want copyright? Should everything on the Internet be for free? Hopefully we will get the right answer. BH5IC PRINCIPLES DF 5HHRIH Speakers: Iva Hegerová, Tomáš Jelínek, Zuzana Nešporová In this topic we will state useful information about islamic law Sharia. Our aim is to clear all the mystery about islamic law system which is based on the principles of Islam. The most convenient way to explain this issue is speaking about Sharia in general and not going into details. Firstly, we will present the history of Sharia which starts with birth of Quran. Then we will present some interesting facts about this legal system, because we think it could be useful for you as the future lawyers. I may also say that we will have a big surprise for you at the end of our presentation.
