As an aim of our presentation we would like to acquaint you with the facts of registered partnership
and also with the possibility of having a child for gay couples. This topic is very actual in today´s
world and also very controversial. We will concentrate upon different attitude to this affair in USA,
Great Britain and Czech Republic.
We’ll briefly present you a historical background, give you basic knowledge about legislation and a
situation nowadays, for example, how the states are dealing with rights of gay couples to families.
After our presentation you will be able to compare and understand conditions of gay couples
willing to live a family life in these three countries which are mentioned above.
We hope that you’ll look at this issue from wider point of view and be open-minded. We believe that
you will share your opinion of this topic.

abstract:
This presentation is dealing with legal issues around amnesty in the Czech Republic. We will
focused on who can grant amnesty in our country, who is responsible for it and how can be
punished if it is against our constitution. This problem is very actual because public has misleading
informations about the responsibility for amnesty. We shall also define what people think about it.
If they agree or not.
Are amnesty beneficial for the Czech economy as the whole? On one hand, it saves money which our
country spends on prisons, but on the other hand, setting many prisoners free can cost our country
more, than it can save from this.
And last but not least, we will sum up also the pros and cons of amnesty. We will try to show you
the whole problem. We hope that our presentation will show you the other point of view about the
Czech amnesty and will be interesting for you. And you can eventually comment it or add your own
ideas on this topic.

Our presentation focuses on the question of surrogate motherhood. The aim of our presentation is
to inform you about this topic, analyse it and discuss connected issues.
In these days this idea becomes topical and we will try to explain the reason, too.
First, we would like to say what is an essence of surrogate motherhood and then we will describe
legal regulation of this problem in the Czech Republic and other countries. Next, we would like to
introduce analysis of few questions which are associated with this topic. Who will receive parental
leave? What about breast-feeding? How solve the problem, if surrogate mother wouldn’t like to give
up the child after childbirth?
We hope that our presentation will give you new knowledge about small part of family law and in
the end we will be pleased if you share your opinion with us about this issue.
