Inheritance law in Czech republic The goal of our presentation is to explain to you the problematic of the inheritance law in Czech legal system and to define it is basic elements. Based on our research we were able to prepare a full presentation that shall make our listeners confident in the domain of inheritance law. The beginning of presentation starts with the definition of the institute of inheritance itself, what it is, when it occurs and the questions associated with it. After that we define the basic terminology and subjects of the inheritance law: a. Heir b. Testator c. A will d. Escheat (odúmrť) Then we present basic assumptions of inheritance: a. Death b. The presidential amnesty according to the Czech law: Are we any unique in the world? Have you discussed or dealt with the recent presidential amnesty in the Czech Republic lately? It is very possible that you have, as it has became one of the most discussed topics concerning the highest levels of our political scene. We will move this issue to a worldwide scale and compare it to similar events, which happened in the 21st and 20th century. Germany, Russia, South Africa, Near East and chosen modern “Western countries” will be on focus, with aim at consequences which flew from the discussed events and at comparison with the Czech third amnesty.
