WHEN IT COMES TO PRESENTATIONS
USE OF CAPITAL PUNISHMENT IN THE UNITED STATES
In this presentation we would like to introduce one of the most discussed issues of
today's society – persistent use of the capital punishment in the United States. Although
this kind of punishment is prohibited in most of democratic countries, there are many
states in the United States still using that. First of all we would like to outline a historical
development of the highest form of penalty, after that we will focus on the methods of
capital punishment. Finally we will describe the basic steps of the legal process. Many
people claim that this penalty shouldn't be used in the U.S. anymore because it is in
kontrast with protecting human rights. So the main goal of this presentation is to find
out genuine reasons of keeping that. We hope that this presentation may help you to
form more objective opinion on this matter.
Reaction: “In this case, it is one of the most discussed topics in the field of criminal law
or law in general. I think no one can convince one or the other point of view,
I think everyone already born with her view on what is right. As a topic in
our lesson is completely appropriate and certainly appears more or less loyal
defenders one or the other view.”
INTRODUCTION TO INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS LAW
Our group is planning to focus the presentation on the most
significant problems of today´s international business law and to provide the audience
with an overview of its nature and structure. The beginning will contain an introduction
to international private law. After that we would like to discuss basics of European
Union law and look a little bit deeply into the current legislation. That is the reason why
another part of our presentation will be concentrated on understanding and application
the provisions of the ECO – Regulation and EEX Regulation. Further more our intention
is to introduce the audience characteristics of the Convention of the International Sale of
Goods, Contract of Carriage and Incoterms. All three of us hope that the audience will
gain some new information from our presentation and that it will be helpful for future
studies of business law in general.

whether the group can implement everything described in the abstract to the
presentation, and whether it will be easy to understand and comprehensive. I look
forward to widen my horizons of international business law.”
UNEMPLOYMENT OF UNIVERSITY GRADUATES IN THE CZECH
REPUBLIC & EU
In this paper, we would like draw your attention to the problem
which is connected with the unemployment of young people in the Czech republic and in
the Europe. The economic crisis are one of the biggest problem today. This problem has
influence on the unemployment generally. We will aim on reasons of unemployment
young people, defense against unemployment and we will reveal the graphs of
unemployment in Europe in the last 3 years. In our presentation we will show
connection between the education and unemployment. We would like to show how
important this connection is. We will show you that economic crisis have a big influence
on unemployment of university graduates in the all EU states. We will summarize main
differences between this special type of unemployment in the Czech Republic and EU.
Reaction: “From my point of view this is probably the best topic of all, because all students are
interested in their chances of getting the job they want after they leave school.
Despite this tendency not many people are informed about current situation in the
field they want to pursue their careers in, because when people try to find something
connected with this problem they usually find only partial and vague information. I'm
expecting this to be improved by seeing the presentation.”
