Intellectual Property Protection
The main aim of our presentation is to introduce the topic of institutionalisedintellectual property protection, focusing mainly on the biggest Czechintellectual property organisation, the OSA. At first, we will address thesubject of intellectual property in general and outline briefly its most basicinstitutes and related terminology used in this branch of law, which might beuseful to the audience while revising for the forthcoming English exam. Furtheron, we will describe the function of intellectual property organisations, theirgoals and position in the world that is now almost entirely connected by meansof the internet — a world where sharing has taken on almost a religion-likerole in the society. Finally, we will get to the OSA itself, its history .purpose, functioning and impact on one's everyday life. We hope we can helpimprove intellectual property awareness,and that our presentation will beinformative and educational, as well as interesting.

American adversarial justice system
Our presentation deals with some very fundamental aspects of americanadversarial justice system - the federal and national court system. As there isalways some tension between these two and as there are also very interestingcases involving such slight enmity, the subject is worth presenting. We willexamine the cause that inflicted creation and maintaining of two court systemsindependent on each other as well as the impact of their mutual existence to aneveryday life. After attending our presentation you will be able to dis-tinguishone court system from another and to tell the most important differences. Marriage and religion .^l^^^^^^^^^^^^^l
Our presentation is dealing with the institution of marriage and its connectionto religion. At first, we will shortly talk about matrimony in general, itsstatus in society and marriage ceremony. Then we will focus on differentreligions and their angle to the institution of marriage. Special attention willbe given to the specifics of marriage for each religion. We will also analyzethe issue of divorce under the influence of these religions. We won't forget tomention the angles to same-sex marriage. At the end there will be a brief quizto test your attention. It is our sincere hope that our presentation willeducate and interest you as well.
