Law of Domain Names and Online Marketing

Literature

This is interesting literature we think you should read and be familiar with. It is not necessary to go through all the sources, this should however offer you good understanding of the DNS and all the relevant theory also connected to online dispute resolution. Other relevant sources are present in the presentations and also in the Interactive syllabi (this is "only" interesting literature, not all the sources). This should be understood as general overview, relevant sources connected with particular topic are either in Interactive syllabi or in the PowerPoint presentations themselves.
