Objectives -



¡   the prevention of, preparedness for, and response to industrial accidents



Obligations -

¡   operators take all measures necessary for the safe performance of hazardous activities and for
the prevention of industrial accidents,

¡   the preventive measures to be taken are described in Annex IV,

¡   duty to ensure adequate response measures,

¡   industrial accident notification system etc.
