RE: FDI Moot Participation Masaryk University, Faculty of Law
I am writing on behalf of the organisers of the FDI Moot to confirm that Masaryk University,
Faculty of Law has formally registered to participate with a team in the 2010 FDI Moot
(www.fdimoot).
The FDI Moot is an international competition testing law students' advocacy skills in arbitration and
knowledge of international economic law in particular as it relates to the protection and regulation
of foreign investment.
The Oral Hearings will be held 22-24 October 2010 at Pepperdine School of Law near Los Angeles,
California. Prior to this, teams will submit memorials for the claimant and the respondent.
We anticipate approximately 25 teams, from all over the world, at the finals in California.
We hope that you will assist the team from Masaryk University, Faculty of Law. Those who support
a team with EUR600 or more will be listed as a team sponsor on the competition website.
