We are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our expanding Employment team based
in Bristol. Our employment department is spread over three offices in Bristol, Solihull and New
Malden and undertakes a broad spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious work on behalf of a
varied client base.
Main responsibilities:
To provide corporate support particularly in respect of acquisition work;
To advise our clients in respect of employment issues involved in sale/purchase of companies as
well as undertaking due diligence and negotiating and amending the relevant sections of the
sale/purchase agreement;
To advise respondent clients in respect of employment and HR issues as well as undertaking tribunal
litigation for a mixture of Claimants and Respondents.

Ability to communicate effectively with executives and directors and liaise with our corporate
department in respect of acquisition work;
