Homework - group presentation
I would like to ask first group of three students to prepare presentation on Art. 7 Sec. 1 Brussels I Regulation and its application. Your presentation should focus on:
- general overview how to apply Art. 7 Sec. 1 Brussels I Regulation (special jurisdiction for contractual relationships); ECJ's case law:
- Judgment of the Court (Fourth Chamber) of 25 February 2010,Car Trim GmbH v KeySafety Systems Srl, Case C-381/08;
- Judgment of the Court (Fourth Chamber) of 9 July 2009, Peter Rehder v Air Baltic Corporation, Case C-204/08;
- Judgment of the Court (Third Chamber) of 11 March 2010, Wood Floor Solutions Andreas Domberger GmbH v Silva Trade SA, Case C-19/09.
