Homework to be done before the lecture:

1) Read judgements and documents listed below in part "Reading" and be prepared to discuss about case facts and argumentation of all parties.

2) Write application to ECtHR based on the facts that we have been dealing last time (adoption by the Czech homosexual living in registered partnership). You should write one application per group (1. Ingrid, Johana, Nicola, Carlos; 2. Karina, Julia, Maria; 3.  Katarzyna, Irem, Ema ; 4. Stephanie, Mary, Sofie, Erica). If I have mixed up your groups, let me know which group you should belong to. The application should be submitted to the homework folder not later than on 13 November 2017.
