CONCLUSIONS • Regulation 1143/2014 contains rules characteristic for a Directive • Preventive duties imposed on individuals are related just to species on the list of invasive alien species of Union concern • Implementing legislation on national level is necessary • In CR, invasive alien species are not included specifically in current legislation • Amendments to existing laws are currently prepared by the MoE in co-operation with MoA
