Homework to be done before the lecture:

1) Read judgements and documents listed below in part "Reading" and "Caselaw" and be prepared to discuss about case facts and argumentation of all parties.

2) Write application to ECtHR based on the facts that we have been dealing last time (same-sex couple marriage). You should write one application per group. The application should be submitted to the homework folder not later 48 hours before our lecture.
