Goal of the course:

The goal of this course is to provide students with information concerning: 

• Citation skills (making correct legal citations, avoiding plagiarism);
  
• The rules and structure of legal documents and seminars and final papers.
  
• The ability to brief a case, find important information, use it as an argument;
  
• The rules and structure of legal documents and seminars and final papers.
  

Target Audience:

• Undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. students of law and legal science.  
• A good knowledge of English is necessary.  

Assessment Methods:

• The students will be graded for their overall performance and activity during the seminars. Attendance at lectures is compulsory.

• The course will be held in the online mode via the Zoom, from November 15, 2021 to December 13, 2021.
