In your groups be prepared to deliver a speech for an applicant in front of the ECtHR Grand Chamber. You will be arguing in favour of the applicant based on the application you have prepared for the previous lectures or against the applicant as representative of the government.

opposing parties:

b. Magdalena, Laura, Zsuzsanna (government) x Vojtěch, Clara (applicant)

Each party shall have up to 15 minutes for presenting their oral arguments and up to 3 minutes to react to the arguments of the opposing party.
