Home preparation
- Look at articles 1–14 of the European Convention of Human Rights. Which of these articles concern according to your opinion the human rights of migrants and apply in a migratory context?
- Please read the case Soering v. United Kingdom (par. 80–91)
- Please read one of these cases (you can of course look at both of them, but one is enough):
- Hirsi Jamaa v. Italy (par. 9–14, 166–186)
- N. D. and N. T. v. Spain (par. 22–28, 192–232)

Briefly explain the principle of non-refoulement. Is this principle included (either explicitly or through the interpretation) in the Czech Charter of Fundamental Freedoms or in the European Convention of Human Rights? Upload your answer (up to 300 words) by December 31.
