• Look at articles 1–14 of the European Convention of Human Rights.  According to your opinion, which of these articles concern the human rights of migrants and apply in a migratory context? 
• Please read the case Soering v. United Kingdom (par. 80–91)
• Please read one of these cases (you can of course look at both of them, but one is enough):
• Hirsi Jamaa v. Italy (par. 9–14, 166–186)
• N. D. and N. T. v. Spain (par. 22–28, 192–232)
