7.     What is the role of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties in international investment law?

8.     What is the role of EU law in disputes arising from intra-EU investment treaties? What are the consequences of the                   Achmea judgment? What is the main message of the CJEU’s Komstroy Case?
