Case-Study Publication

  • The electronic publication "Klauzurní práce navázané na Úmluvu OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží a další formy dovednostní výuky" presents an older teaching aid containing model case-study tests and shorter texts regarding individual contract clauses. Please bear in mind that this material was published in 2013. The form of the final exam has changed significantly since then (first part of the publication). However, the second part of the publication is still very useful and relevant.

"PMO"Casts

More than a year ago, I got an idea to create something along the lines of "podcasts" for the purposes of the Fall 2020 distance learning semester and, in particular, the International Trade Law course. I made the videos below with 5th year students who took this course in 2019. Since there have been no material changes to the contents of the videos, I reckon they may be of interest for you this year as well.


There is a total of 7 "PMO"Casts that – as I myself refer to them – were sewn with a hot needle. The idea for the first four topics came on a Sunday and the shooting started on Monday. With that being said, please excuse any potential shortcomings.
