1) Moot court 

In your groups be prepared to deliver a speech for an applicant in front of the ECtHR Grand Chamber. You will argue in favour of the applicant based on the application you prepared for the previous lectures or against the applicant as a government representative.

Each party shall have up to 15 minutes to present its oral arguments and up to 3 minutes to react to the opposing party's arguments.
