Homework to be done before the lecture:

1) INDIVIDUALLY: Read the judgements and documents listed below in parts "Reading", and be prepared to discuss case facts and argumentation of all parties.

2) GROUP HOMEWORK: Write an application to ECtHR based on the facts we discussed in the last lecture (same-sex couple marriage). You should write one application per group. The application should be submitted to the homework folder no later than 48 hours before the lecture. 

You should use the application form accessible on the web pages https://www.echr.coe.int/documents/d/echr/application_form_eng  

You can make up any necessary factual information you don't have.
