u61 years old woman, 160 cm, 67 kg
uUIP-IPF, lung Tx 5/2020, diabetes, nefropathy, hypertension, hepatopathy

uTherapy: remdesivir, dexamethason, LMWH, ATB… uOxynotherapy insuficient, good efect of HFNO
(3.-10.11.2020), no need for intubation
uComplicated with development of DIC

uObestity, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, COPD, nefropathy

uTherapy: convalescent plasma, LMWH, ATB…
uOxygenotherapy and HFNO insufficient, NIV without effect. Intubated 15.11.20. The same day cardiac
arrest, 1 minute succesful CPR. uEven mechanical ventilation insufficient, transfer to ECMO. Dies
the same day.

uOxygenotherapy and HFNO insufficient, good efect of NIV
uReleased home 16.11.20 with home oxygenator
uPersistent post-COVID lung infiltration

u44 years old man, 187 cm, 117 kg
uObesity, hypertension
uHospitalised 10.11.20
uTherapy: dexamethason, remdesivir, LMWH, ATB…
uOxygenotherapy insufficient, HFNO with limited effect, good efect of NIV
uPatient got much better, scheduled for transfer to standard ward. Night before transfer sudden
overal worsening of state, intubation, cardiac arrest, unsuccesful CPR. Dies 15.11.20.
