Graphs in semi-logarithmic plots:

a) Dose response curves of a full agonist A and a full agonist C if the affinity is C < A. Partial
agonist B with affinity A > B > C.


b) Level of activated receptors for a full agonist, partial agonist, antagonist and an inverse
agonist. Label axis x – concentration, axis y – % of activated receptors.
