Personal pronouns are words without their own accent so they are never used in the 1st position.

Observe: 

Líbí se mi Brno. Mi se líbí Brno.

Telefonoval jsem kamarádovi. = Telefonoval jsem mu. Telefonoval mu jsem.

Myslím, že ta modrá barva ti nesluší. (ŽE =  conjunction, is NOT counted, the 1st position is TA MODRÁ BARVA - we can´t split the phrase, it is the phrase with one meaning)
