aVLCJ0585: Czech V: test 2 (oral) — information


Your goal in test 2 is to get (uncomplete) patient’s history.

You are going to be tested this way:

·         you pick a paper with patient‘s hospital history

·         I will give you your sheet with topics to be asked about

·         list of all the topics is here

·         your sheet will have only limited number of topics (see bellow)

·         I will be the patient, you will ask questions as follows

·         Personal data: 1 question

·         Family history 1 (grand/parents): 2 questions

·         Family history 2 (siblings, children): 1 question

·         Personal history: 3 questions in total

§  male patient: only questions from D (3 questions)

§  female patients only: 2 questions from D, 1 question from E

·         Social and work history:  2 questions

·         Current disease: 1 question

·         in total = 10 questions

·         you will write down the answer to your sheet

·         I can repeat every answer only once

·         you can speak only in Czech language

·         your answers must be in Czech language (grammar irrelevant)

Evaluation:

·         comprehensible question: 1–2 points (depends on comprehensibility and vocabulary
suitability level)

·         correct answer: 1–3 points (depends on comprehensibility and vocabulary suitability
level, also on completeness of your answer)

Passmark: 35/50 points
