̶Although viral hepatitis B is declining in the Czech Republic due to routine vaccination of infants and risk group of inhabitants there is necessary to take this disease in account in differential diagnosis of acute and chronic liver diseases

All candidates for chemotherapy and immunosuppressive therapy should be tested for HBV markers prior to immunosuppression
