̶At present viral hepatitis C is in the Czech Republic problem especially of persons with history of intravenous drug abuse

There is necessary to take this disease in account in differential diagnosis mainly of chronic liver diseases

The vaccine is still absent but antiviral therapy is efficient in most than 99% patients
