Clinical pharmacology of targeted therapy in oncology

This is the second part of the announced oncology block. 

Cancer therapy is interesting because it still uses drugs discovered during World War II alongside modern drugs with completely innovative mechanisms of action. Let's recall targeted drugs in oncology and complement this view with a clinical-pharmacological perspective - please watch first the video lecture and then chapter 13 of the pre-class reading in more detail.
