  §  Read the texts; complete and submit the reading comprehension sheets in “odevzdávárna”

  §  (Text 1, 2 by 26 February; Text 4, 5 by 4 March;

   Text 6, 7 by 26 April)

  §  Texts and reading comprehension sheets are available in “studijní materiály”  > “učební
  materiály“.

§  4) CV - My Work and Study

     Deadline: 26 February

§  5) Essay:

   Topic: The person I remember

     Length: 250 – 300 words; double spacing

     Deadline: 4 March; submit the essay in “odevzdávárna”

     6)  Final Presentation 

    Due on 2 May and 30 May

                                        Credit requirements

§  7) Final test

  §  Due on 30  May 2008

  §  Vocabulary awareness  of texts 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 (multiple  choice).

  §  Passing limit: 65%

                                           Placement test



§  Time limit: 25 min

§  Results: by the end of next week

  §  (22 February) via email, successful students will be divided into three groups.

  §  Unsuccessful students will have to postpone taking the course to next year.
