ZUNKER, 2012)  INDIVIDUAL as main player of career, its development, its possible CHANGE.  Short-term goals and constant decisions ERA  „Individuals are forced to focus on their employability rather than on the certainty of their employment. And they need to learn and foster the skills, which will help them to carry the responsibility for the course and the development of their career.“ (PATTON & MCMAHON, 2015, s. 24)  1. Active citizenship  Active citizenship focuses on whether and how people participate in all spheres of social and economic life, the chances and risks they face, the degree of belonging they feel to the society in which they live, and the weight of their own words in it.  2. Employability  Employability - the ability to find and retain employment - as well as active citizenship is a crucial condition for achieving full employment and improving European competitiveness and prosperity in the "new economy“.  The development of competences at three levels:  1. adaptability, flexibility of the individual and other skills necessary for the labor market,  2. critical consciousness, social awareness, engagement,  3. empathy and sensitivity to the environment, neighborhood, fellow citizens.  GOAL:  Effective behavior of the „graduate“ in different situations on the levels: personality, interaction, relationships, morality.  Cross-curricular topics in CZECH national curriculum:  Personal development: Cognitive abilities; Self-recognition and selfunderstanding; Self-regulation and self-organization; Creativity;  Social development: Knowledge of people; Interpersonal relationships; Communication; Cooperation and Competitiveness;  Moral Development: Practical Ethics; Problem solving, decision making skills.
