Dear students,
This is a copy of an introductory e-mail for those who registered later. For everyone: DO NOT FORGET TO DO THE PLACEMENT TEST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, so that I can put you in a group and you have acces to the important information.

After doing the placement test we will enrol you in groups (the link to the
interactive syllabus of your group is found in the main syllabus).
First two weeks have one window – this will be open till 8 March and by this
date your task is to study the instructions carefully and do the quiz How to
work with the course. Since 2 March, each week will have its separate window
with tasks and exercises. All the other instructions that you need will be found
in the introduction and in the corresponding week windows.
What I would like to stress before you start working is that you will have to
work REGULARLY EACH WEEK, there is continuous assessment, and it is NOT possible
to do all the work some time before the end of the semester. Plus, you have to
record yourself 3 times during the semester and these tasks CANNOT be skipped.
We highly recommend to mark the deadlines and reminders to your diaries.
