Aims of the chapter - What will you learn? To understand the basic concepts of emotional and behavioral disorders, to be able to define and compare different types of EBD, to describe the main features of EBD types and to recognize different factors leading to EBD, to transfer the knowledge about legislature and types of placement into educational consideration, to explain the pros and cons of placing children into different types of care
Study time - How much time will be required to study? The estimated time to study this chapter is 4 hours for reading, 1 hour for additional exercises and tasks and 30 minutes for answering questions.
