-          regular attendance and homework(15 %) – no more than 3 sessions should be missed

-          a portfolio: 5 essays at the end of each unit (20 %)

-          a mid-term test (15 %) – 11^th November 2013

-          final test (50 %) – a written and an oral part

7^th October: Essay 1 deadline – Describing yourself; Unit 2

14^th October: Unit 2

21^st October: Essay 2 deadline – The story behind a photo; Unit 3

4^th November: Unit 3

11^th November: mid-term test; Unit 3 – 4

18^th November: Essay 3 deadline – An informal letter; Unit 4

25^th November: Unit 4

2^nd December: Essay 4 deadline – Describing where you live; Unit 5

9^th December: Unit 5

16^th December: Essay 5 deadline – A formal e-mail; Unit 5, revision
