Welcome to our interactive syllabus of Teaching Assistant Practice.
The following instructions should safely guide you through your tasks.


Course aims
The students will perform their teaching practice throughout the whole semester (60 hours in total including preparation). It will involve private tutoring of pupils or students, including those coming from socially disadvantaged backgrounds.
 
The tutoring will take place in the pupils’ homes, in a school, or another institution (e.g. a non-profit organisation).
 The goal is for the students to test their knowledge and skills in practice and to build a mutually beneficial relationship.

 Requirements

• Teach 26 hours (60 in total including preparation)
• Submit documentation in the correct homework vault (IS)
• Complete the ROPOT at the end of the semester
• This is a two-semester course. All students must complete it twice during the course of their studies.
