The front page of your communication journal (in CZ only):

The journal is for communicating with your chosen pupil’s teachers. At the beginning it describes basic information about our project and allows you to send messages to your pupil’s teachers and vice versa – reporting on what you´ve worked on during your tutoring sessions and receiving suggestions as to what to focus on in the future. In an ideal case the tutor can cooperate with the pupil and his or her family as well as with the pupil’s regular teacher, who typically has the most influence on the child’s learning. The correspondence journal is not mandatory, but is recommended. You may use any notebook or notepad on whose inside cover you’ll stick the title page with information for the teacher. This journal can then travel between you and your client's teacher. Most schools are familiar with our project and are used to the sight of such journals, however, not every teacher is willing to communicate in this way.
