ADHD
So this weeks topic is... ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder).
It is normal for children to have trouble focusing, forget their homework, daydream during class, act without thinking, or get fidgety at the dinner table at one time or another. However, children with ADHD do not just grow out of these behaviors. The symptoms continue, can be severe, and can cause difficulty at school, at home, or with friends.

Meditation can be a usefull tool how to train our attention. ADHD is an attention disorder, so it´s only logical that anything that helps to train attention will help :) :
