Supervision
What is
supervision?
Supervision is focused on self-reflection and
allows us to understand and keep track of motivation for working with our
clients and apply this in practice. It helps to delay burnout and analyses
specific practical situations that you found difficult or didn’t fully
understand. Or you can just come and share your tutoring impressions with a
small group (max. 12 people because in a group of 350 people it simply wouldn’t
be doable).
Do I have to
attend?
Attendance
at a supervision session is voluntary, but you can declare it as 2
hours of tutoring out of the total 26.
How do I
declare the 2 hours of supervision?
Write 2 hours - Supervision in your Record Sheet
and leave the signature box blank.
How do I sign
up for supervision?
To attend, you need to sign up so that we know
how many people will come. The process is the same as signing up for an exam.
Who conducts
the supervisions?
The supervisor is Mgr.Martin Stanoev, Ph.D., and
he is going to do his best to support you through your tutoring.
