1. Create a shareable document (Google document, OneDrive, Uschovna). 

2. Set the access permissions to "ANYONE WITH THE LINK is EDITOR." 

3. Copy the link to your shared document and submit it to the homework vault for your seminar group. 

4. Read the description for the first part of the task and add:

• 3 sentences (STRENGTH, WEAKNESS, FOCUS AREA/SKILL)
• 1 S.M.A.R.T. goal for the upcoming semester (may be added the following week)
