Creating of supply Supply (S) express relationship between: • amount of produced and offered production (qantity – Q), and price (P), for which are sellers able to sell Supply curve „Rule of growing (increasing) supply“ 2. Creating of demand DEMAND (D) express relationship between: • amount of demanded production (qantity – Q) a price (P), for which are buyers able to buy Demand curve „Rule of decreasing demand“ 3. Creating of price Consumers and suppliers base their buying and selling on the price that they have to pay or will receive.
