The noun and its adjective must have three categories which are the same: gender, number, case

It is the noun that controls these categories!

Fibula F, sg, 1st case = nominative

Sinistra = F ending, sg, 1st case= nominative

!!! all neuters have the same form in case 1 +4 both sg + pl, in all declensions
