During this course, we will get our hands on selected techniques from the project management toolbox. In order to do that, we need to define our playground first.

The first assignment is concerned with just that. Please:

• Define a (real or fictive) company, and describe its business in no more than three paragraphs (one-pager) and
• Define a project (please refer to the slides from the first presentation regarding what IS and IS NOT considered a project). Use either a simple project charter (such as https://www.smartsheet.com/sites/default/files/2022-06/IC-One-Page-Project-Charter-Template.png) or lean canvas (e.g. something like https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/10/Business_Model_Canvas.png) to describe its contents, purpose and goals.

On top of that, I would like to know your expectations from this course. Let me know what you would like to learn if you would like to get specific information, if you are interested in my perspective on some subject or experience you had, or if you are searching for resources regarding a particular PM-related topic. I’ll do my best to address as many of them as possible.
