Study carried out by Professor Feilberg, University of Copenhagen, in connection with Danish
construction of TransIranian railroad through Luristan.  He made side excursions to regions
occupied by the Papi tribe.  Started working with head man, took one of his sons as his servant,
and with help from Persian speakers, also learned enough Luri to gain needed information.  Realizes
that his visits were short, and he was not able to do all he might have wished.  He also collected
the material culture, which is in the University museum.
Not ethnoarchaeology, but has great detail about physical and social matters.  Lots of
illustrations.
