Electronic information sources III
The objective of this text is to acquaint you with other sources, in addition to electronic library indexes and scientific databases, that is with digital libraries, repositories and subject gateways, and to explain what Open Access is and how you can use it.
Module objective:

to explain what a digital library is

to present digitization projects

to present the initiative of an open access to scientific information - Open Access

to explain the concept of subject information gateways and present some of the gateways

to show other possibilities of searching for scientific information on the Internet
Time expenditure
The expected time expenditure of the module as far as study is concerned: 1.5 hours. The expected time expenditure for working out an assignment: 1 hour.
