RNDr. Zdeňka Malá Contribution to the theory and practice of capillary zone electrophoresis The lecture describes the results of theoretical and experimental studies of electromigration effects induced by the sample during the electrophoresis procedure. The methods used in our investigation were theoretical calculations, computer simulations and experimental verification. Example results are presented to show how the migration of the time-dependent concentration profiles of the all system components and the creation of the various zone boundaries influence the efficiency, sensitivity and reproducibility of the separations.
