WEEK 13: Mock Exam - Speaking
During the oral exam you will speak for 3 minutes on one of the following topics. You can speak about whatever you want, I put some examples into brackets.
- Define two terms from your field of study and support them with relevant examples (Energy, planets, stars, pulsars, gravitational waves)
- Present a (controversial) problem related to your field of study. (see your essay from this semester)
- Describe and explain a process / notion / experiment within your field of study. (see your presentation of an experiment from the last semester)
- Compare and contrast phenomena from your field of study. (planets X stars, liquids X solids X gases)
- Classify systems in your field of study. (celestial bodies: stars, galaxies ..., energy - kinetic, nuclear ...)
- Describe a cause and effect relationship from your field of study. (Newton's laws)
- Speculate on an issue from your field of study. (What would happen if Earth had two moons?
When you finish speaking about the topic, you will be asked additional questions about your studies.
