3.1. after the mailing of the questionnaire on April 27, 2012 by the
GGIM Secretariat to UN Member Contries, 65 anwers were received
by August 1, 2012
3.2. a preliminary analysis was made, after the design of a MS Access data
base for the 27 questions
3.3. the analysis was carried out on the first 62 replies received before July 27
3.4. this data base is expandable to all UN Member countries and to other
territories
