Cytochrome B amplicons
Top row: ladder, samples 1-8, negative control
Bottom row: ladder, samples 9-16, negative control (applied twice, which is not necessary)
Sample 4 and 8 seem to be faint, however this is most likely due to a somewhat spilled sample (on the
gel) rather than to little PCR product. Negative controls don’t show any signal – good!
