Prepare a short talk (2-3 mins) – Compare and contrast phenomena from your field of study. Concentrate mainly on two requirements:

The talk is clearly structured into an introduction, main body, and a conclusion.

The talk unfolds logically from one point to another and is effectively connected with appropriate signalling language.

HW for week 4: task 14 p. 5 - How to design a poster - fill in the blanks.

Poster presentation - decide who you want to work with (in a pair) and sign up in the table. Start thinking about the topic of your poster.
