WEEK 15: Credit Test and Self-reflective Essay / Resubmissions

To get the credit at the end of the semester, you have to:

1 present a presentation (during the semester)

2 complete the credit test

3 submit a self-reflexive essay (150-200 words) by 17 January

You can take the test anytime from now to 17 January. After completing the test, you will see your results immediately. Then you will submit a self-reflexive essay, where you will include the number of the points you got in the test and you will answer some of the following questions:

1 When you opened the test were you surprised to see its structure and the tasks? If yes, why do you think it was so? If not, why do you think you weren’t?
2 Which parts of the test were the easiest for you? Why is it so?
3 Which parts of the test were the most difficult for you? Why?

4 How were you preparing for the test?

5 Are you happy with the test result?

6 What things have you done to improve your English during the past three or four months? Did everything go the way you had planned? Were there any difficult situations?

7 What do you plan to do in the future to improve your English?

8 Why is English important to you?

Important note: The essay should not just consist of short answers to the questions above - these questions should only guide you to write the essay. Your essay should be on B1 level, a coherent text where sentences logically follow one after the other or are interconnected by the use of linking words.

here you can resubmit the formal email, if your score was 6 or lower. The assignment remains the same as in week 8.
